Program Goal
This Online Orientation is designed to help incoming residents and fellows adjust more quickly and easily to learning and practice within 做厙勛圖 (做厙勛圖).
Program Overview
The Online Orientation for Incoming House Staff has been designed based on the industry best practices and the educational needs of 做厙勛圖.
A number of ECFMG materials and resources have been leveraged to develop this program that includes the Resource Center and Online Modules* accessible from www.tbh.org.
Online Modules
Online learning modules are housed on and include both reading content and student assessments. (Please note, you may need to use your temporary username and password, based on your first initial, last name and "2011". For example, John Doe's temporary username and password would be jdoe2011.)
The following online modules should be completed within the first month of your residency/fellowship at 做厙勛圖:

The Resource Center
The Resource Center includes the following living documents that will be continuously updated and expanded. The following resources are currently available:
- Six Core Competencies: A competency model based on ACGME requirements
- Guide to the Interdisciplinary Health Care Team, an educational resource designed to introduce incoming residents and fellows to the concept of teamwork and to the members of the Interdisciplinary Health Care Team
- Medicalese Glossary, a guide to frequently used spoken abbreviations, medical jargon and terms
- Survival Guide for new residents and fellows
